German that finally makes sense.
Not a translation app or a grammar-drill tool. Ankommo teaches you how German works, why it works that way, and how to use it where it actually matters: the Bürgeramt, the lease, the job interview.

Abdullah
@abdidoesstuffBuilt by someone who actually arrived.
Ankommo was built by Abdullah after 10 years of living, studying, and working in Germany, the same decade of Bürgeramt queues, blocked accounts, and language exams most learners are about to walk through.
After helping international students with admissions, visas, jobs, and daily life, he kept seeing the same problem: German learning felt confusing, unstructured, and disconnected from what people actually needed to do.
So Ankommo pairs real Germany experience with expert-supported course structure, so you learn with clarity, context, and a reason for every lesson.
The middle path.
Casual apps are fun but shallow. Classroom schools are thorough but rigid. Ankommo is the sweet spot in between: structured and practical, on your own schedule.

The first 5 chapters of every level (A1, A2, B1, and B2) are completely free. No credit card required. Chapter 6 and beyond require an Ankommo Pro subscription (7 days free, then €4.99/month, cancel anytime) or a one-time Course Pass (€9.99 per level).
