What's included
Every line here is something we hand you. Nothing on this page is a maybe.
Before the applications
- The shortlist built together on a one-to-one call
- Your grade conversion, recognition status and channel per university, settled at the start
- A dated season plan working back from your intake’s real deadlines
During the applications
- Every application file checked before you submit it
- Your motivation letter and CV line-edited, same depth as the Application Review
- uni-assist and VPD questions answered as they come up, by email
After the admit
- Blocked account set up with you, provider chosen and funding sequence timed
- The visa document pack assembled item by item
- A second one-to-one call to prepare the appointment
How it runs, start to finish
- 1
You buy, and we schedule the first call
One intake form, then a one-to-one call where the shortlist gets built and the season gets dated. Five places per intake keep this honest; if the current intake is full, we say so and offer the next one.
- 2
The season runs with a second pair of eyes
You stay the applicant: you submit, you sign, you sit the interviews. We check every file before it goes and answer the questions the season throws up.
- 3
Admit to appointment
Blocked account, insurance choice, the visa pack and the appointment prep call. The goal is that nothing in your file surprises the counter.
What we need from you
- Transcripts, certificates and your language status up front
- Responsiveness: the season has real deadlines, and a file we cannot check in time is a file that goes out unchecked
- Honesty about constraints (budget, cities, family), because the shortlist is built around them
Is this the right size for your case?
The wrong level wastes your money and our time. Both columns are here for that reason.
This is for you if
- You want a named person on your case for the whole intake, not a one-off deliverable
- The deadlines, channels and paperwork feel like more than evenings can absorb
- You have been burned by an agency and want help that takes no university commissions
Pick something else if
- You mostly need the method and the confidence to run it yourself. The kit covers the whole route for €29.
- You only need the shortlist settled. The Admission Fit Report does exactly that.
- You only need the file checked before submission. The Application Review is the right size.
Costs that stay yours
Third-party fees go to the institutions directly; no package here or anywhere can include them.
- uni-assist fees: €75 for the first programme, €30 each additional, per semester
- The APS fee, set per country by your APS office
- Language test fees (IELTS, TOEFL, TestDaF, Goethe, telc)
- Sworn translations and notarised copies
- Couriers, where a university still wants paper
- The €75 national visa fee and blocked account provider fees
Questions people ask before buying
Do you apply on my behalf?
No. You remain the applicant everywhere: portals, uni-assist, the embassy. Everything you submit has been checked first, which is the part that changes outcomes; pretending to be you is the part agencies get wrong.
Why only five places per intake?
Because accompanying a season properly costs real hours per case: shortlist call, every file checked, the visa pack, the prep call. Five is what one person can do without the checking becoming a rubber stamp.
Is there an admission guarantee?
No, and be careful with anyone selling one: admission decisions belong to universities. What we commit to is stated on this page and delivered on a named timeline, and we tell you honestly when a shortlist carries real risk.
Which costs stay mine?
All third-party fees: uni-assist (€75 first programme, €30 each additional), your country’s APS fee, language tests, sworn translations, couriers, the €75 visa fee and the blocked account provider’s fees. None of these pass through us.
Or the whole season, accompanied
You stop being alone with any decision this season.
€499, one payment on Stripe, no account needed. The intake form arrives by email the moment payment clears.
Unsure it is the right level? Write to hello@ankommo.de and we will tell you which one your case needs, including none of them.
